Exchanges
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item must be shipped back to our address on the next business day following delivery.
• The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, exactly as received.
• For custom sizing requests, the customer assumes full responsibility for the fit. JD Boutique Luxury reserves the right to decline an exchange in such cases.

Please Note
We do not offer monetary refunds. Exchanges are the only option available for eligible returns. That said, we are always committed to resolving any issues fairly so that every customer leaves satisfied.

Payment
All orders are processed via secure online payment only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
